That is very nice of them to give RL such a sweet deal. So sweet that they even allow them to open a second location. One of the girls that I know was just at RL last month. She said she averaged 20-25 guys a day. So with RL having 4 girls, that is 80 to 100 guys a day. Man, RL is raking in serious money. With such a sweet deal, I am sure they are keeping a meticulous record of every single visit. With this kind of record volume, it makes sense that the Feds is taking this much time. It's Chicago they really don't care or have the resources, they would have to be very bored to open a case. These locations open up within days of being shut by the city when they get shut down. City knows and just look where most of this locations are LOL Brighton park and Bridgeport, one of the most corrupted locations in Chicago. Those Spa's you mentioned are the constant hyped up South Side Chinatown Spa's on this site since late Summer. Never been to none of those mentioned. CPD has way too much crime going on Drug Dealers, Gang Problems plus Carjackings happening everywhere now In Lincoln Park by the Zoo, Downtown and Northside. I noticed 1 thing there's way more Spa's now In different area's Irving Park, Belmont and some new ones popping up around Chicago Ave. Y'all can feel free to check out other Spa's besides Chinatown now.

CPD don't do jack shit unless it's re-election year or something.
