Well, if they care, can you or someone please explain to me how RL is still operating at the SAME location 18 months after the bust? They reopened 3 days after the bust. It's not like they are hiding. What exactly is the CPD or the feds waiting for? I have yet to read a good explanation.

I agree with the headline is nice for them, but busting RL again or any of the spas in Chicago is not going to gain any national headline.

Maybe they flipped them? Maybe they presented them with all the evidence they had against the owners or operators of the shop and said "you can either get charged and go to jail or work for us and reopen like business as usual and help us ensnare as many customers and your associates as possible. It's Chicago they really don't care or have the resources, they would have to be very bored to open a case. These locations open up within days of being shut by the city when they get shut down. City knows and just look where most of this locations are LOL Brighton park and Bridgeport, one of the most corrupted locations in Chicago. Those Spa's you mentioned are the constant hyped up South Side Chinatown Spa's on this site since late Summer. Never been to none of those mentioned. CPD has way too much crime going on Drug Dealers, Gang Problems plus Carjackings happening everywhere now In Lincoln Park by the Zoo, Downtown and Northside. I noticed 1 thing there's way more Spa's now In different area's Irving Park, Belmont and some new ones popping up around Chicago Ave. Y'all can feel free to check out other Spa's besides Chinatown now.
