First meeting, she confirmed day before, and ghosted day of. Second attempt, texted literally 1 hr before, and she agreed to meet, and she did. She is significantly heavier than profile pictures, but definitely her. She literally asked me if I thought she was a catfish. However we start talking, and she starts to talk about her issues, she's not working, her son's bday was coming up in like a couple days and she needed some help with that and her electricity will be cut next day and needed that paid. My biggest pet peeve is when right off the bat they start talking about their issues that needs to be taken care of. Unfazed I mentioned that I could help out but not free and willingly. I asked when she would be free to hang, she couldn't give me any time frame but yet she was going to be busy, (how if she is not working) at least through the whole week and more. I mentioned I could meet her at her apartment parking lot and she wanted half of 300 to meet? What? Why your not ubering to this location, what do you need a deposit for?

The blend in the current DC pool needs alignment and a refresh. I think it will happen. Or I'll stop this and go buy a nice boat.

Most women who want an arrangement don't know what they really want until they're experiencing it. We are the variable, as much as they are to us in terms of what we'll offer. But the failure rate is so high using the "text your ppm offer" approach when no one has met the other. I have my ppm number but when I'm charmed by a woman at dinner, I really put some thought into what I can do to make her happy. I don't go up 50%, let alone 500% on my ppm on text and hope for the best when I finally meet her.

I think women know 400-600 isn't a bad ppm in DC (not the highest but not the lowest). Some ask for 600-800 knowing this, and giving them that self-esteem boost that they're above the norm. But asking for multiples of that and not considering how they are perceived suggests the delusional influences have become non-trivial. There's maybe 3 to 5 profiles I've seen where I'd think she's not out of line asking for multiples of the norm.

I'm sure some women want to max that ppm and don't care about a second date. I avoid those.

I've messaged her twice over several months and she never read them. Then hid her profile so as not to be tempted again where she's not interested in me. If she's responded to you perhaps you're in her pile to work through. Sometimes I get responses from these types months later. Agree there's a lot of intrigue there.

Last year I was supposed to meet her. She was 1. 5 hours from me. I talked to her on the phone when I was 30 minutes away and she assured me we were on, voice matched pictures. When I arrived in the area, I texted her. She stalled and so I grabbed lunch. I waited for about an hour only to get a story about a car accident and she couldn't meet. I kinda doubt she meets, because we had talked about a very large gift (I was going through a rough time and feeling extremely generous) and I was also very agreeable to her rules. Then when I tried texting her again, she was trying to get me to send her money for pictures or videos. She acted like she would schedule another meet, but stalled on scheduling and kept pushing online stuff.

Over a period of like 9-10 months on two different times we made plans and she completely ghosted me. She didn't know I was the same person the two times, I'd been on the site.
