Posts: 155As with most things, there is grey area to that as well. There can be very legitimate reasons for having an agency. Look at how many high end UTR girls or XXX stars operate. Much like a landlord may use a large agency with better resources than an individual to find a safe (as possible) tenant, a sex worker should be able to do the same with clients.

Posts: 702There's nothing wrong with wishful thinking so long as it's accompanied by a substantial dose of reality.

As soon as you end up with an "organization" running things, whether it's a "pimp" or a more extensive enterprise. . . Forgettaboutit. (Much less an organization crossing international borders.) There just is no sympathy in society or the legal system (which reflects society).

Posts: 360Feel hhr is sweet spot. Hr unless only a bit more isn't worth it. I don't need a full hour to nut nor am I trying to put in work for them LOL just nut and go. Qv can get hairy because some don't offer qv FS and then if I do get a clock watcher 15 minutes can go by quickly.

I made the move down from HR to HHR especially for first visits since so many girls seem to be one and done anyway.i never felt like I was getting my money’s worth for the hour. Should I make the move down to QV? It doesn't normally save all that much but everything counts. What is usually the difference? Is it just a BJ or FS? Is it clothed or something? I know it probably varies but what is the norm?

Posts: 24There was a statement from the magistrate saying that they were in the process of scheduling the hearings that was sent out on Dec 21st. If they were sending them out as they went along there's a chance that the majority if not all have been notified by now. If they just sent them out all at the same time at the end of scheduling, there's a chance that some people don't yet know that they're fucked.
I'd be more interested to hear if someone has been in touch with an attorney who may have told them that other clients of theirs have already received a summons.

Posts: 360I would think so too it's 12 days...the first hearing is the 18th. I would assume the 28 are the ones who originally complied or they had some good material against them that could stick? All speculation though.

Posts: 257Yeah, obviously we're not at a time where SCOTUS would take a case like this. But the hope is that someone would put up a serious fight, just like Robert Kraft did and either get the charges dismissed, or make any conviction a Pyrrhic victory for the the. Could be just wishful thinking on my side.

Posts: 12The magistrate said the hearings were in the process of being scheduled on the 26th, so the earliest they would have arrived on the mail is the 28th. If they were sent out today, they'd come as late as next week.

Wondering how detailed the media will report, or if anyone on this board is planning on going.
One answer that should come out in the hearings is the evidence being used to prosecute sex buyers.
How many of the 28 accused previously talked to police? The original affidavit said about 20.
Men were interviewed.
What other evidence is being used to establish probable cause? Survailence? Zelle transactions? Text messages?
Also curious if there will be any patterns among those accused. Frequent customers? High profile people?

Posts: 247I would think so? Usually a summons would need to be sent within 90 days of the complaint. Since the hearing is on Jan. 18, they should have received a notice a while ago no?

Does anyone know if the accused have been notified by mail yet?

If you are part of the 28, don't talk about it and make sure you have a lawyer no matter what.
