It's not quite an exact boundary, though. A small portion of the SOUTH side of 192, just EAST of Hwy 27, is actually Polk County. Kissimmee is the county seat for Osceola County. Additionally, it's significantly east of the county line for Polk County. Seems highly unlikely any part of Kissimmee is actually in Polk County.
