From the additional details you provided, I would not only classify her as a scammer, but even more so as a scam artist of the cold and calculating variety (rather than flaky).

Why I don't think she's a flake is because her entire online persona is geared toward getting mongers to give her money by constantly dangling in front of them the prospect of an in-person meeting. With all the activity you've described, the absence of any credible reports of an actual date reinforces the appropriateness of the scammer label. And, since there's no evidence she actually intends to meet any client, nor evidence that she's met any in the past, then everything she does is for the purpose of tossing bait out there to see who will bite and what kind of money she can scam out of them.

P.S. If you think about it, the lesbian narrative is a slick angle for the scam. She knows a lot of mongers have fantasies about being with a lesbian, or a threesome with two of them. It's a sweetener for the scam that doesn't have any downside. That's another reason I would categorize her as calculating. You were not only right, but perhaps even more charitable than she deserves!
