Alot of guys don't show up even with arrangements and appointments. Most indy girls operate on a first come first serve basis. Also many don't even know what hotel they might be at in the next 24 hours. I see more girls that use to mainly do incalls that are offering car dates as they may not have a room. Pretty sure it's twofold. Guys who are ready for action now-ish or same day are less likely to flake or get cold feet or rub one out and think about their SO and bail than those who want it later on.
