Alot of guys don't show up even with arrangements and appointments. Most indy girls operate on a first come first serve basis. Also many don't even know what hotel they might be at in the next 24 hours. I see more girls that use to mainly do incalls that are offering car dates as they may not have a room. You make an appointment to see her for 2 hours, she gets a room and you don't show up or if outcall she could be declining other dates because of something pre planned that doesn't pan out.

Pretty sure it's twofold. Guys who are ready for action now-ish or same day are less likely to flake or get cold feet or rub one out and think about their SO and bail than those who want it later on.

Other being these are probably girls who had trouble getting their homework done, or being on time to class, or were unreliable showing up to work jobs they didn't like. They'd rather feel like the boss than have you feel like the boss that they have to show up to work for.
