Yes I have. The variation of the message I got showed several photos of someone gruesome ly mutilated and a list of relatives of mine they said they would kill if I didn't pay up. Unbeknownst to them was most of the relatives of mine on the list are already dead having passed away from heart disease or other causes. That may show that that's just one person managing multiple numbers.
