I wouldn't blatantly decry every kgirl as such. Sure, they are in it for the money but that doesn't define them as a whole. Simple gifts like a favorite dish or drink can mean a lot to them. Many girls are stuck at the incall while working. Bear in mind that I rarely do this and only for a few of my regulars.

Here's something to try with a favorite or ATF. It's a little more effective on November 11th but any day you meet is fine. LOL See's isn't even that great. It's a great value brand, but these girls want the luxurious stuff. Godiva is probably the threshold for them, and that might even be too mainstream / commonplace.
