You don't read (or spell) well, do you?

I'm pretty sure you don't have any experience with retail leases, but if you read my post then you'd know that landlords don't tell anyone to shut down, vacate the premises, then come back in a few months. There are all sorts of legal reasons for this, but your feeble mind not only can't read, but can't reason well. What likely happened is that the landlord received complaints (or threats) from the government and went to the tenant (Sunny Day) and told them that they broke the lease by soliciting illegal acts. All leases have that clause. But you knew that already, right?

Oh, and you think this is all tied to what's happening in Roswell, right? Sunny Day is in Marietta. And Marietta isn't putting the heat on shops the way Roswell is. And I guess you knew that too?

She said their sign coming down, comment about being in a new location come January and giving me her contact # was due to the location closing. I'll ask if she knows why when I see her next.

Behind where the lawn mower shop used to be? Hope they have better looking talent than when I 'stopped in for a card' not long after they opened.

Yes. It looked good last time I was there which was fairly recent.

Been on here for a while now. I never ask the name that's why I never posted LOL.

But I'll give a few of my experiences. All of these happened within the last year or so.

Li Massage. Obviously I saw Alice a few times this year she is pound for pound (Literally).

The best thing smoking in the Atlanta area. Big beautiful triple Ds & a pretty decent massage.

Can anyone recommend a good FS spot in the area. Shoot me a PM if anyone has anything worth sharing.

Don't need to read too far back in the threads to know that Roswell shops have been the target of Uncle LEO's massive "human trafficking" clean-up efforts, so doubt you'll get much other than a straight-up massage, if you can find a massage place that's still open / re-opened for business.

Two of my regulars in East Cobb and closed down. RIP Roswell and East Cobb.

They didn't answer the phone yesterday. Today, doors locked and no sign lit.

I was just at Sunny the end of last week and saw Kelly. When I left, there was a sign company removing the sign over the entrance, so not sure if that was an omen. She also hinted that she might be at another location after the new year, but didn't say where for sure.

Much get the standard tip from me unless they blow my mind. Also I saw a girl here earlier this year I think her name was Lisa.

BIG ass fake pornstar tits they were nice but she was annoying af LOL kept negotiating to pull them out told her what she was getting.
