Give us the dirt or don't brag that you know the reason that they got kicked out of their lease.

A larger tenant is moving in and taking the adjacent suites as well (Tues. Morning and juice bar). They were offered a fair compensation for the early termination of the lease. The new tenant is this outfit: https://www.sweethutbakery.com/

Tried to swing by iRelax today in Smyrna and all the lights and signs were off. Google has them listed as permanently closed. Anyone have any intel?

Anyone have anything worth visiting? Clearly I RTFF and nothing peaked my interest. Anything worth my time? Send me a PM please.

Made it to Seven in Cartersville; paid 80 house fee for the hour before being able to see who was there. There appeared to be three women working ranging from mid 40's & up. One was petite and fit (for her age) with long hair and a bubbly personality. Said she was from NYC, and talked (great English) more than she massaged. Had to redirect her attention multiple times. Opted for the L2 finish for $. 8, which wasn't done well. Had high hopes based on reviews, so perhaps I caught her on a bad day. Based on the lineup I saw and performance, I will not repeat. YMMV.

I'm pretty sure you don't have any experience with retail leases, but if you read my post then you'd know that landlords don't tell anyone to shut down, vacate the premises, then come back in a few months. There are all sorts of legal reasons for this, but your feeble mind not only can't read, but can't reason well. What likely happened is that the landlord received complaints (or threats) from the government and went to the tenant (Sunny Day) and told them that they broke the lease by soliciting illegal acts. All leases have that clause. But you knew that already, right?

Oh, and you think this is all tied to what's happening in Roswell, right? Sunny Day is in Marietta. And Marietta isn't putting the heat on shops the way Roswell is. And I guess you knew that too?

Thanks for playing, WilliamDawg.

Now: does anyone know why Sunny Day is getting booted?

She said their sign coming down, comment about being in a new location come January and giving me her contact # was due to the location closing. I'll ask if she knows why when I see her next.

Yes, I knew that too.

I also know why Sunny Day got booted.

Any more questions?

Yes. It looked good last time I was there which was fairly recent.

Li Massage. Obviously I saw Alice a few times this year she is pound for pound (Literally).

The best thing smoking in the Atlanta area. Big beautiful triple Ds & a pretty decent massage.

Perfect blend of sensual & therapeutic with an enthusiastic ending (Never met someone who loves their job so much).

I'm not a big tipper but I always take care of her.

Massage Legend. Hit or Miss here. I've come here & gotten a great experience then others not so great.

Recently went to see Mia she's petite with a pretty face no ass or tits which I hate but at least she's cute.

The massage was decent incredible teasing & she takes direction well so ending was good too. Like I said everybody pretty.

Li Massage has been a total hit and miss for me. I've asked for Alice TWICE and gotten other people. First time I got Vennsa was gave a good massage and ending. Last visit I could not understand what the girl was saying but her massage sucked ass and not in a good. Not a good ending either.
