Sorry for the bad review but had to get it out there. Booked an appointment with Ang asked if he was available for an hour at 5:30 or 6:00 which ever worked best for her. I try to get the phone number of someone who I've got a good rapport with and use them to schedule. Works sometimes. Your experience reminds me of what I've had at 732 Moody lately. Really just awful service unless I somehow get Summer or another veteran. I text or call first, ask who's working, request who I want and they say great. When I get there I get the runaround and some replacement masseuse. They say "you call?" Etc and pretend like they don't know what I'm talking about.
