I'm planning on visit NOVA to see Hyolyn but now I'm hesitant.

This might be a bit late but got back from business in DC / NOVA was a bit hesitant but getting into K Star was no problem and saw Hyolyn. Cute and fun as ever. Unless you are grandfathered in with the OG (DS, CP, HT) places in NOVA getting in with them will be really difficult right now unless you have a girl who will vouch for you.
