Has anyone tried out Harmony Spa?

Unsure if it's technically agency maskarading as a spa or what.

Hot looking Russian babes, but usually not very skilled at massage. It's an apartment setup and, unless things have changed, basic fee gets you basic FBSM service with a tip expected for a hand finish. Topless, or nude, or B-2-B (not real nuru) might be available, but be prepared for a substantial upcharge. I'm not aware of FS ever being offered but, as always, everything depends on the provider, the chemistry, and how much you're willing to offer. Better options available for the price, IMO.

Also, be aware that these girls are experts at separating you from as much cash as they possibly can. If you ask for topless, for example, there is likely to be one upcharge for the blouse coming off and a separate upcharge If you want the bra to come off also. Everything is a la carte, no package deals.

Are you referring to their old location in Merrifield or their new location? The new one is way more discreet. The only issue I have with how this agent does things is the two bedroom apartment. I don't like it. Should be only one bedroom that way you don't have so many people leaving ONE APARTMENT. Also, strange to hear or pass by people in the same apartment. One reason why I prefer certain other agencies where it's one girl per apartment. Much more private and safe IMO.
