Depending on the girl and agency, they do both. I've never done out call with a KA, but the agency driver will drop them off at the hotel and then call to meet on the casino floor or some agreed upon spot.

Also I've only heard of them doing outcall to a strip hotel and not so much motel 6.

The agency or the girl's ad will let you know who has in or out.
