I always suggest patient first, urgent care or similar. There is no need for something like this to go on your permanent medical record or have any follow up paperwork sent to your house.

I had a hospital years ago send paperwork to the house confirming the test results, prescription given and all manor of info. It arrived at my house via registered mail and had to be signed for by my wife who could not contain her curiosity. Avoid the paper trail.
