I've gotten messages from two of my Oz favs that they're moving on. They were "transferred" over to Reign, but over the last week, both walked out in separate incidents during their shifts there because they had zero customers and were making zilch. So they're not welcome back at Oz anymore, either. Both said they were going to try over in Tampa. Seems like Reign was a futile exercise of dumping a whole lotta money into a previously failed club.

Plus, did they even do recruitment to get dancers besides Oz girls? If your whole thing for Reign is upscale and no BJ's in the back, at least poach all the best dancers from Penthouse and Scores with promises of no house fees for a week / month or something. If you're going to try to be like E11 even, then get E11 even-quality girls, or at least as close as Tampa has. From what I understand, it's the exact same dancers at Reign and Oz. It's actually even worse because you're just splitting girls between clubs so both clubs now have worse quality girls.

Carlos the main GM had plenty going on at oz but brought none of his Cubans to Reign.

They did open casting and brought lots of top talent but they have all moved on when they made no money.

They told many of the girls at oz they didn't make the cut. Now they call in the back room of oz every night trying to get girls to switch to Reign for the night.

To the point where all the VIP rooms were full with long waits. That no longer seems to happen. But it was only that small window and not every weekend.
