I realize it depends on quality of service, and relationship that may or may not be formed.

For my self I have tipped on a already high base charge. What are your thoughts?

This depends on quality of service and attitude. If she gives me her all, she might get a tip. If she is just going through the motions, I am less inclined to leave a tip.
