"Santos-Padgett was ordered confined to the home on GPS monitoring in 2021, records show, following a March 7 incident that year in which Worcester police alleged he pistol-whipped two men in the face inside a home on Stoneland Road. One of the men suffered a 3-inch laceration to his forehead and multiple bruises, police wrote, while the second had two large lacerations on his face and bruising. Santos-Padgett was arrested several hours after the assault, police wrote, after fleeing to Maine.

Central District Court Judge Michael G. Allard-Madaus sentenced Santos-Padgett to two years in the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction in April 2022 after he pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm without an FID card, court records show. Madaus ordered Santos-Padgett to serve the first six months of the sentence, records show, and suspended the rest of the sentence for three years contingent upon him completing probation. Records do not indicate that Santos-Padgett, whose probation was to end in April 2025, had been accused of violating probation. Santos-Padgett was ordered to submit to random drug / alcohol screenings, attend anger-management sessions and have no contact with victims in the case, records show.

While on GPS monitoring before his guilty plea, court records show, he was allowed to visit his children in Haverhill, act as a DoorDash delivery driver and attend church at Mount Sinai Church of God and Christ in Worcester on Sundays."

During the incident, Santos-Padgett pointed a gun "at the head of a known victim and pulled the trigger," court documents state. Authorities have not yet identified the victim.

Police identified Santos-Padgett as a suspect through security video, on which they captured a "clear" picture of him, according to court documents. They also identified a car near the scene with license plates registered to him.

Worcester, MASS. (WHDH) - A massage parlor in Worcester was taped off on Thursday as police launched a death investigation on Pleasant Street.

Officers could be seen blocking the entrance to Angies Bodywork Spa at 383 Pleasant Street on Thanksgiving, after the Worcester Police Department responded to the scene sometime during the early afternoon.

Details on the nature of the death have not yet been released, with a spokesperson for the department only confirming that a death investigation was underway and that additional info would be released later in the day.

Meanwhile the Gov. Of Maine recently signed a bill into law Monday that will eliminate penalties for those who sell sex while leaving in place laws against the purchase of it.
