Not likely. I am surprised they even have 20 guys to even cooperate, pretty weak. Uncle must of came at them hard or they did not know how to respond. As they say, they ain't got nothing on me, LOL.

I would say probably not. They don't have evidence against the customers unless they are actually found and caught on the scene. So it never hurts to proceed with caution, but no one can say for certain.

If you OGs remember when EAA back in the day got busted and know what happened to the mongers, feel free to share. I only know the owners got busted.

EAA made it to the news as well. They took some time on that case too. If I remember correctly. According to the article they were ultimately traced through the unusual amount of condoms that were ordered to the address. They had another location in other state as well.

Doubt it, but someone that wants to use it as political weapon might use FOIA or leak to get a political enemy. All the other clients become cannon fodder.

When EAA got busted I dont think any client got arrested. They also had a sister operation in Boston. Maybe stay away from Boston. Hah

Well, here's what the US attorney in Massachusetts had to say about the information kept by this agency.

Alleged prospective sex buyers in this scheme first had to respond to a survey and provide information online, including their drivers license photos, their employer information, credit card information.

Anybody here still doubt that you should NOT give personal information for screening purposes, fill out an online contact form, provide driver's license info, employment, credit card numbers etc. So far, it appears the 20 or so customers that have cooperated with the investigation have not been named, but if the case goes to trial, who do you think the witnesses might be and how do they stay incognito?
