I agree with this in general. Some mongers don't like to repeat, but if I find a provider I like I try to see them often enough that they remember me. Maybe not quite regular, but often enough. Often, when their prices jump like they seemed to after COVID, I get "grandfathered" at the old rate. I also find that when you find a good one at an acceptable rate, the menu opens up and you can get scheduling priority. I now see a few sub-$200/ hr good providers. IMO, the ones worth seeing are the ones that want repeat clients. This certainly isn't true in every case, but I think it's a decent rule of thumb.
