My jaded viewpoint: they aren't planning to spend the night with you. They are planning to spend your deposit. There are valid providers here who offer legitimate overnight stays in addition to their regular appointments. No deposits.

Remember the motto. A fool and his money are soon parted. Don't be a fool. Don't pay a deposit to someone unknown. Or even to someone known, to be safest.
