I am sympathetic to both sides of the argument. On the one hand, the prices are inflated beyond any reasonable justification while the available quality is diminished exponentially. I cannot explain the dynamics that led to the change but it is what it is.

On the other side, though, a service provider is free to charge what the market will bear. If *no one* was willing to pay, the prices would be lower.
