I think someone recently posted about the screening process albeit it wasn't for your agency of interest. I've read it's a selfie with the current date as well as some personal info. The easy way is HX with 2 recent network. Someone with that is a lot safer than a nobody, and they have something at stake if there's trouble. There are other girls and agencies that have taken less (1 recent network, or 2+ old network), which is how I got my 2nd. So potentially you have to get over that initial hurdle with an independent girl or other agency first. You do not have to give any specific agency much info. Not saying it's safe but it beats the long list of alternatives.

I say this as someone who once used to go TJ. It is 100% legal there but not as safe as the states. I can say that first hand having gone many times and met many people there who go for the same reason. But each person should make up their own mind and I'm just providing my experience to add to the pile.

Finally had time to go see Love-K after all the recommendations. She is definitely hot and worth at least a visit. May be more on the older side than I would had liked though.

In terms of hotness, she's definitely up there. Though not as good looking as AW Eleven (just finished a short OC tour) and my personal ATF LA Noah (who just happened to come back to the OC).
