While it is pretty rare. It does happen. My personal opinion is the C and K girls are so sterile clean, I am pretty impressed how nice they all smell. Personal hygiene is hi on their list. While it is rare for me to really want FS or BBFS. Occasionally I let it happen. I am an extremely clean individual and go in nicely dressed at least clean clothes nice button shirt and slacks. Alright, guys, I'm giving you a good one that I don't think has been talked about. She goes by Mia. Slam dunk BBFS, no upsell. She actually prefers it. Great body, nice ass and perky tits. It varies but know that it's pretty rare unless you're a determined regular or get very lucky. Some girls will do it after a few visits or just don't care, you'll usually get a tease bare to see if you complain and then they'll go for it. Some will do it if you ask, but in this case many will also upsell, and it tends to be step. I've had a few cases where they agreed but only with an upsell and after they realized I would downscale to something far cheaper like a simple HJ, and in most of those cases they ask you not to tell other people they do BB.

Easiest way is to probably feel out a regular you think might open up and keep visiting them. I always ask the first time, depending on how strong their rejection is, that's a good indicator of whether or not you might be able to loosen them over time. I've heard of it happening twice or thrice and maybe almost had it land in my lap once, but never successfully negotiated it with the normal massage places in Portland.
