While it is pretty rare. It does happen. My personal opinion is the C and K girls are so sterile clean, I am pretty impressed how nice they all smell. Personal hygiene is hi on their list. It varies but know that it's pretty rare unless you're a determined regular or get very lucky. Some girls will do it after a few visits or just don't care, you'll usually get a tease bare to see if you complain and then they'll go for it. Some will do it if you ask, but in this case many will also upsell, and it tends to be step. I've had a few cases where they agreed but only with an upsell and after they realized I would downscale to something far cheaper like a simple HJ, and in most of those cases they ask you not to tell other people they do BB.

Easiest way is to probably feel out a regular you think might open up and keep visiting them. I always ask the first time, depending on how strong their rejection is, that's a good indicator of whether or not you might be able to loosen them over time. There's only one I know that gives me BB all the time, but sadly she doesn't do any BJs.
