I've offended wondered how the business side of this industry works.

Such as the breakdown of who gets what percentage of the "donation. " Does the agency, the booker, and the girl each get 1/3 of the "donation?"

I saw one girl a few weeks ago and I wanted to see her again. I contacted the booker and they said she was not available anymore because her boss didn't want to share her schedule. So, I had to make an appointment with the same girl but with a different booker. I am guessing when the booker said boss, they meant the agency. When I saw the girl for the second time, I asked her why she wasn't with the booker anymore, and she it was because her boss didn't like how much the booker was taking.

Do the agencies have people working in the USA, or are they all located in South Korea? How do the agencies find the Korean girls to come over to America? Why are so many of the girls from South Korea and not other countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam? Not that I care what county the girls come from. I just find it interesting how most of the girls all come from South Korea.

So I know the answers to some of these questions for specific girls I know of. I will start backwards by saying there are Thai and Vietnamese girls. However, prostitution is 1000% legal in Thailand, easy, and there is very little taboo about it. The girls I saw in the US came here for very personal reasons that had nothing to do with work (example 1: their sister lives here and she can work in her restaurant and mooch off her in-laws, this work is just for extra 'start-up' cash her sister won't give her, example 2: she is literally getting married to an American yikes). So these girls work a few months to make the money they want, buy nice stuff, and quit. In both cases where I knew the girl outside of work, they came for family. The point is girls from South Asia (Thailand region) are less common because many are not coming to the US for work reasons at all, and they could just work back home easily.

How did they recruit? Literally word of mouth. Best not to dig too deep into this, keep the girls safe. This is one of several factors skewing to South Korea. Same reason the Thai, Laos, Vietnamese girls all happen to speak Thai, because a Thai booker is not going to be able to communicate with them if they don't.

There are girls from Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea plenty. Lots of Koreans because of the income difference, otherwise known as arbitrage. Whereas before March of 2022 a Japanese girl could be paid just as much working in Japan at soapland as the USA at an agency..so it makes sense the Japanese girls I met lived here anyways (whereas many SK were here temporarily), because there isn't much incentive to travel for work. Why not work in Japan. But since March of 2022, the Yen has crashed very hard (literally harder than the Russian Ruble! So while girls are paid the same yen as before, there is an extra incentive. So we now see even more JAV stars coming over.

In fact, even in Japan, Korean prostitutes are common in certain areas because of the arbitrage. I saw many agencies with all Korea girls in Tokyo's K-Town. The system is very unique, you buy 1-2 tickets and hang out with the girls all in one group, chatting (in Japanese, the girls all spoke good enough Japanese) or watching tv. Then whenever you liked, you picked the girl you wanted. If you bought 2 tickets, you can pick the same girl or different. There was like a 90 min time limit to pick/do/tv. Crazy fun.

In another "cheap" red light district that was Amsterdam style (now demolished), 95% of the girls were Chinese or Thai, back when the visa was much easier to do for Chinese citizens. Soaplands however are a better economic comparison because they are 'legit' with top girls and pay. More than 95% of soapland girls are Japanese.

Lastly, when I compare the service levels of the girls, which vary, the Korean ones are a league above the rest. In the SD thread I talk about how the Thai girls give "real GFE" in that they are so amateur it is like an actual GF experience. They want you to please them and do this and that to them rather than are trying to please you. They have no idea what they're doing (couldn't find towels, forgot where condoms were, didn't know about showering). It's hilariously fun in a way having the roles reversed and out of the goodness of my heart I show them the ropes. Japanese and Taiwanese are somewhere in-between. Chinese girls can't get a visa let alone easily leave (they need their own government's permission these days).

I will say that until recently, they did not advertise the girls as Japanese (or Taiwanese). But they worked for agencies that were 80% Korean max. I have not seen any agency use only Koreans BTW.

I have left out several topics such as explaining the visa factor that would be too useful to LE to mention. So I kept it to economic and social factors. Let's not do their research for them.

I'm sorry for rambling but these are my 20 years of observations. I speak Japanese, Chinese, some Korean so I got my info by asking natively once I got to know them. Please don't ask too many questions to a girl you just met.
