Noticed the same ad, which piqued my interest but the location has SO MUCH traffic and parking is a pain. Also, I've been around long enough to not fool myself and buy into most of these BS ads, especially places that historically have been L1 at most. In fact, I've heard from a reliable source (a particular MMS / shop owner I won't mention) that some of these spas use an "advertising" person. She pointed this out when I told her the ad for the spa said certain services were available that previously weren't on the menu, which she said "I have to have them change that."
You'll notice that a bunch of ads have similar styling, fonts and formatting. Also, certain ad websites require some sort of email or unique profile to be able to post and this is where "advertising agency" becomes obvious.

Either there is a PPS / MMS running spas nationwide or they are all using the same "ad agency. " When business is slow, you advertise (Or you create a bunch of shill accounts and leave repetitive reviews for the same couple of shops over and over).
