My experience has been that you won't get a response. It can't be talked about openly on the board or the posts get removed and member risk getting banned or put on review. I think a lot of the ones impacted go into hiding for a bit until it's resolved so they aren't seeing their PMs. I understand why the rules are there but it can be nerve wracking if you think you saw the same date recently.
