We were messaging and then texting a few weeks ago. We agreed on the allowance and scheduled a meet for the following day. I text two hours prior to the meet time to confirm and never heard back. Later that day about 5 hours after the scheduled time she text that she "missed my text". That's all, no apology or attempt to reschedule.

I've texted with her a fair amount. My read is that she's yet another time wasting flake. She'll text me out of nowhere eager to meet, but then quickly stops replying.
