Separately, I can't seem to get a handle on the tipping. In NoVa where I monger, L1 is standard $40 (if just HE) - $60 (with roaming, nursing, etc involved) tip, $80-100 if nude with mutual touch. L2 is $100-120, and L3 is $120 low end up to $160 (which I generally don't do for a 30 min session). All of these are tips on top of house fee of $40-60
