I've had multiple accounts deleted from ListCrawler for writing negative (but honest) reviews about providers. I guess the provider can report your account and they ban you? I'm not sure, but it's certainly not a good or fair system. What's the point of reviews if you can't leave an honest one?

This also explains why you see so few complaints about providers on that site

I used to have the same name on it as I do here until I did a bad review about a fake provider using a legit provider's pics to lure people into a set up to get robbed a while back. I reported it and everything and still got my fair warnings and review not only deleted, bit my account as well (which is why I usually have to add some additional symbol after my name).
