I have been a customer of theirs for many years, and my last appointment was end of August or early September. Booked something recently and they had changed to the same la carte menu and prices as the other LA bookers. Best thing about M was the flat price and you knew what you were getting (no la carte upcharges). Any insight would be appreciated.
