They are FS literally as soon as you walk in the room. However, LEO could be lurking because parking is not private and its a commercial mini strip with businesses all next to each other. There's a tax place on one side and clothing store on another side. Sucky part is they're in the middle and got to ring the bell. Unlike Springwell the business complex is far from vacant so here you our outside between two businesses with full windows. Outside waiting to be let in and all eyes are on you LOL. Especially in the small parking lot off of busy 7 mile. I usually going Sunday mornings when everything is closed but them.

Total damage 2.20 CFS.

I don't think your buddy is telling the truth. I remember I had a massive commission check come in earlier this summer I went to tropical, I have been there few times before and nothing.
