By the shop? No. Never, never heard of this. And it's pointless if Day 1 test result is good, they can BB 10 guys daily next 5 days. Any one of those guys can give the girl something and it would be a false sense of security.

By the girls themselves? Very few I heard some test themselves but when that happens it is usually too late and they already passed it on since they test when they see / feel something is wrong.

A few guys I know here would pre-emptively take certain pills if there's a rumor even if they don't see issues. Even before test results are back if they know what the rumor is to ask the doc for that particular cocktail.

The JGirls don't have time to go outside for tests. They will only see a doctor when there are noticeable symptoms.
