They will ask for some or all of the following: driver's license, pay stubs, selfie with I'd, physical mail addressed to you.

From what I've seen CGLA requires the most personal info but they also have the broadest selection of girls so you may not ever need to go to another booker. I've read that Top Angels has much easier verification but I haven't tried them personally.
