Wanted to try Nancy at VIP, but she wasn't working today. What is the hour rate at VIP? Went to Happy instead this afternoon and good thing the hour rate is $40.00. While apartment service is nice, sometime I want a massage. Masseuse was eh, so I didn't get the name. Tip was standard $. 20.
