Hate to make this lengthy post but she's a walking red flag!

I like others have recommended that you stay far away. I seen her for the first time around the peak of the pandemic the session wasn't the best, firstly I think she's a smoker. Some monger reported a few months ago that AMP's don't throw away used condoms, instead they, recycle them, put them in the washing machine and recycle them. I would imagine this makes the condom more vulnerable to cracking and what not. So, I wonder if this caused it. Has any one else experienced this, and if so, how concerned should I be?

Are you saying you've had an experience of someone bringing you a condom to use that was already out of the wrapper before they entered the room? I've personally never experienced any AMP bringing a condom that was already unwrapped. I wouldn't worry too much if doc says its not an STD, just make sure in the future you look for a wrapper, they usually leave it on the massage table by the oil or on top of a towel. Or bring your own just to be sure.
