This is extremely simple to avoid. I have said it before and I will say it again.

And no they won't do that, maybe if they interrogate her and she knows some dealers or knows someone with a warrant, they might go after that. But random dudes? No.

In order for you to be legally culpable, you have to demonstrate an exchange (something of value, for a sexual act) which means that in order for you to have evidence that would actually hold up in court against you. You need to say something specific and agree to something specific.
