Most likely it is a scam. Pics are on multiple contradicting ads on different sites, and some of the pics come from an unrelated twitter page. As a general rule, I've gotten in the habit of doing a quick google image search before reaching out to see if it may be legit or not (most times it's not). And, at the end of the day, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
