I was cruising around the little Mexican area last night when I say this nice looking brunette SW walking down Shady trail I think toward the railroad tracks. She was hot to trot with that sexy little minidress she was wearing. I pulled in a parking lot to wait for her to come down. She stopped at the corner. The ordinance that struck down was one where a cop (at his discretion) could arrest you if you simply stopped and talked / picked up a SW. The difference being is that this was just a regular SW and not an undercover cop. However, this was not a felony like you stated but a class-c misdemeanor.

That cruising law though, how can that even be constitutional? They tell you that you cannot drive on roads that YOUR tax dollars pay for. That is outrageous. As tax payers, if you want to burn gas and drive around on roads your tax dollars pay for, well, there is nothing wrong with that. Typical government BS that have no clue how to get their "issue" under control. And I use "issue" very loosely. Yes. HSI has been cracking down on streetwlkers and hotel girls. It's not safe in Dallas whatsoever, they're catching them all over Dallas / ftworth. They're even using same ads I've seen on here to use for escorts. To my knowledge if you show up at the location you'll be arrested. Some of their tactics are normal sting ops, agree to pay and show up at hotel or if your seen talking to know worker you can be arrested. In north Dallas they busted a Airbnb and setup their own decoys at the site. They are not messing around. And it's a felony.

No need for intel, you have posts here for that already on locations, ect. But. It has been a year since my last visit. I am getting pieces of information here and there that the laws are / have changed again. The last time I was there they would pull you over for simply cruising by a few times. And if caught talking / picking up it was a felony. Now I am reading that may no longer be the case? Can anyone provide info on the current situation or links to the info? Granted, interaction with LE is usually easily avoided, but if partaking you must be ready to accept the consequences if you slip up and those level of consequences has an impact on the decision.
