Most of the places don't have signs. Most have blacked out windows. Most have an "open" sign and cameras above the door. Often you think its a closed up storefront in a multi unit building.

Just call the number and a man will ask looking for massage? Then ask where you are then will sent you to a random abandoned building. That will be Papa San. I think the address on the site is an approximate. Moon is at the cross street and is actually on the e-w street, not canal. So wherever it is, my guess is that it's not "here".
