They have a support email address and you can ask them. If you don't get a real answer, meaning some error on their part, don't renew.

I got the same thing on the WYP site but with a twist. I renew ok, then fixed a typo in my profile and got locked out. I wrote to support and got a BS reply that I needed to send them a DL photo for security and to block spammers. I was on that site 3-4 years with no issues yet I'm the one who is spamming? You can't reason with idiots or brick walls.
