Mongers we all need to learn two very simple rules: First, never pay before the deed is done. Second, the rate a provider posts is not real, you do not need to negotiate, just start your text saying what you want and tell her the coins you are willing to give her. Duh, do not ask her what she wants, tell her what service you want and what you will give her. Then if she says a higher amount you can pay it if you want or try someone else.
