If Alyssa is low 30's now that means she was in elementary school when I had her at HT. LOL Some girls just age better than others, regardless of how many miles are on that pussy. From numerous convos with dancers, I'd say the majority of dancers have 1 of 2 thought processes on when to quit from dancing:

"I'm only going to do this for a year max." 80% of dancers think this way, usual age are late teens to early twenties. Some follow through, most don't. The reason why most go over 1 year is they don't put the required time and focus on their "master plan", whether that be finishing school, getting their legit business up and running, finding a decent-paying normal job, baby-daddy making parole or getting out of jail, etc. The money is way too fast and easy for them to just leave it on the table, especially when they realize their biggest asset is their looks and youth, and they have no real skillset for the real world. A good number of dancers have kids and need the money ASAP. Some girls have families who desperately need the money (deadbeat relatives living with them, sick parents, etc.) Get as much money as they can then bounce and figure out the rest later.

DO YOUR NEGOTIATING ON THE FLOOR! Particularly with girls you have no rapport with / girls you've never danced with prior. Know exactly what you're receiving as the customer, what the dancer is doing as a provider, and the exact amount of money / cash / green / paper / duckets / lettuce / bread / skrill / moolah involved between both parties. Do this before even standing up to go pay for the VIP. Trust me, it hurts a lot more thinking about the money you lost than it is when you see her walk away dissatisfied with the price you want.

In this situation, tell the girl to forget the extras and just give you nice sexy dance. If she doesn't want to give a clean dance or does a bunch of air dancing, end it early and tell mgmt she's refusing to provide a dance. In 2 situations where I turned down overpriced extras and got a bad attitude dance, I complained and got comped a VIP with another dancer of my choice.

Sometimes a manager in the past the consider getting naked is enough for a dance. So, if you get an air dance, you might not get comp for that. I know it's BS, but sometimes they will side with the dancer.
