I had the same "I think I heard something about this once" thought when I posted about it a few months ago. I wasn't able to find anything. Even went into some places that had 'salon' type signs and they said they don't do it.

They actually have an ATM in the place, so I would not agree to a price and then say your short. I do wonder how the ATM showes up on your statement. Just ran across a listing on bedpg for a spot in W-town "near Spring Street' - no address, and the number ends in 2988. Is this a new joint? Has anyone checked it out? I might try to drop by early next week if I have time between appointments. The ads remind me of the old upstairs of H&are place. Hoping it might have similar services.
