I've been a constant provider support advocate for many years. My experience has mostly been acrsoss3 to 4 cities in ohio for the last 15 years or better. Like daily for 5 years or better looking and searching for what used to be. The options and level of providers in this state is at an all time low. I continue my day-to-day and hour to hour search and I turn up mostly nothing in my never ending quest for high quality new talent. The last 6 months has been a nothing burger. It's sad to report. It's dropping off even farther recently and I'm not one to discriminate unless it's a heavy drug user. I'm a hard no on the women who have chosen to be human pin cushions. It's disgusting. This game is now a sad mess of desperate low life providers and drug addiction. I see the downward spiral amongst the cities I follow. Some of which we were kings with only a reasonable amount of coin in our pockets. We could get nearly anything we wanted for a reasonable sum. Hate to say it but the slimy uneducated scum in this world as well as the political agenda have wrecked this hobby, at least here in ohio. It's a money grab for the desperate. I've seen the absolute worst providers in the last 2 months I have ever seen. They have no interest in anything but the money. The effort is now in such to get you to leave. It's a shift in mentality. Things are not well. I've been blessed to have the opportunity to have the time to spend searching every corner of the internet to find what was once a successful experience in talent identification. Unfortunately I have never made it a priority to pass the information I've learned along the way. Most of it cannot be expressed in a few words here though. It's a talent. I've had so many experiences both good and bad. Basically I pumped the brakes in this hobby 2 or 3 months ago and now I'm in semi retirement. I'm not gone but very close my friends. Time moves on.
