A lot of mongers probably tried it, thought it sucked and did not go back. Its too expensive for those of us who have higher standards. Many of us have gotten a lot more mileage finding a good spa with reasonable rates and becoming a good customer. Unfortunately the AMP market in Chicago is average at best and its been that way for a long time. If you read other city forums other mature mongers feel the same about too.
If its slow then it may be an indication the price is too high and they should think about making adjustments. Maybe doing a punch card deal where you buy 5 get 1 free or something like that to get customers in the door. Unfortunately many of these places have no clue how to cultivate a customer base and keep it and it should be no surprise this is the result.

They have lower priced options too, you just don't get the nuru. If a guy just wants cbj and cfs, then 160 will do. Or 200 for BBBJ and cfs. 3 bill is the same VIP rate as apartment. It's actually a better deal to go to Tokyo since you get nuru. If you don't think a nuru done with authentic nuru gel is worth it, then don't go. No one is holding a gun to your head to go. If you read the reviews, most people say they will return as the facility is nice. It hasn't even been 2 months yet. The talent will get better since some of the girls will be from PD.

The real purpose of Tokyo is to compliment PD. A lot of girls like to work for more than the 10 days at PD when they travel out of state. Having another location helps booker attract better talent at PD, which is the money maker, because a girl can go to Tokyo or 819 after PD. PD is fully booked for next 6 months already and there is a reason for that.

Unless it goes by a code name that I didn't know about, I don't recall anybody mentioning Sophia Health Spa until now. I've seen it around but assumed it was a regular massage place because I never saw it come up here. What's the scoop? A search for Sophia just brings up women named Sophia.

Keep in mind that what others may think is noteworthy might not be for you. You have to go and sample many spas to find out what your willing to pay and what type of girl you like. Read back previous posts and you can get a general idea what they offer but the only real way is to try it.

Also, saw that it's $$$ for the service. Does this include tip or is there an expectation of putting something additional down?

It's not so much the rate for me as it is having to pay up front. You have no way of cutting your costs if you are not vibing with the girl. In other MPs, you can switch from wanting FS to just a HJ. Or you can even just get the massage and decide on no happy ending and leave with only spending 50-80. At Tokyo Spa, you commit to the full service for 300 blindly and hope for the best.

But the rate is also a slight issue. At 300 you're extremely close to KP and other agency girls with TER reviews.

I don't venture up that way but I don't see anyone talking about Exercise alternatives in Mount Prospect. There is MT spa in that general area but they don't have a TS or Sauna. Just curious which place you are speaking of. Tokyo spa certainly isn't nearby.

ElJefe69, if you have never been there, why comment at all? MT Spa does indeed have a table shower and sauna. Options in Mt. Prospect are heavily written about in that thread.

Since you don't venture Mount Prospect then that why you wouldn't know of all the places there. But it is the other one that is mostly talk about there.

As for the other poster Tokyo spa is not even close to there. Tokyo spa is in south side of the city while Mount Prospect is like about 25 miles north west from there. This forum is all about Chicago spa. If you want more info about the suburb spots read about them there.
