My opinion is that the motel clean-up was coming prior to this event. They've been busting johns in stings with no effect, and business owners along AA did band together and start to complain about the city's approach (there was a news story about it). They were meeting with the Captain of the North Precinct. But the other incidents didn't help. It'll be interesting to see if this particular case was part of that. I do wonder where he met the victim, on the stroll or via TNA or other means? Interesting either way.

This Klamath falls guy.

Texas 17 yo girl "lured / duped" to sea for all star weekend & then trafficked by a pimp.

Shooting / murder in lowes parking lot a couple weeks ago.

Girl jumps out of 3rd story of emerald inn & flags cabby down to escape pimp.

I mean there have been 4 significant incidents in past 3-5 months. It was getting so out of control out there I was not even shocked by this latest incident but then I was! 99.9% of SW's are said to not date black men or get into their cars but this guy was posing as SPD then tasing & then I'm assuming cuffing the girl & driving 450 mi (Gheez! Honestly this guy to me is the black version of Ted bundy / Gary ridgeway. I mean there's already 4 other cases the feds are now investigating against him & he's lived in 8-10 states in past 5-10 yrs so I won't be surprised at the least if he's tied to other cases in other cities / states. Also, how could the wife not know anything here. This guy has Lonnie Franklin vibes all over him! Was with his wife & kid when they came to arrest him like he was a family man! Ha! This should make for a good trutv crime story!

Unsure if I read it on here but do recall hearing about someone going around posing as SPD & trying to lure woman & pulling random woman over. Believe it was mentioned 1-2 months back on one of these forum's actually. Probably was the same guy.

I very highly-suspect that there is more than one minor working out of those motels. The other night I went out cruising for the first time in a while and came across a few who seemed to be very very young and it gave me the spooks.

And they also got him for trafficking a minor. Some of the girls out there along Aurora in the past three years have started to look very young, something which I didn't see very often prior to the city's removal of the prostitution loitering laws. Just another warning to be careful of the age factor, they're out there.

& something consensual between a grown of age man & woman is the issue & ought to be targeted by the same people that hold the law, but you always read & hear about also dabble into the same thing on occasion. The car judging from the photo is a family sedan like a Toyota. This car was going through the Jack In the Box parking lot and crashed into a tree. It may have been a customer's car. It's definitely not a pimp's car. There has been quite a lot of homicides on AA in the past couple of years and that upward trend is continuing. SPD is simply useless only going after the customers. They need to start taking the girls off the streets by arresting them if they want anything to change. Because its open season out there for the girls that's why we have so many girls traveling from all over the country to come here. It's not fucking rocket science!

One thing that prosecutors are really, really good at is judging how much resources a defendant has and judging how willing they will be to fight the charges.

If you are willing to fight and have resources (money, or otherwise access to a decent attorney) you will almost certainly be offered a deal. If you have a better lawyer or more money you will be offered a better deal. The system is basically coin-operated and the more you are able to pay the easier they will go on you.

I imagine most people here have never been in serious trouble with the law, either have money or a job or both, and a lot of you probably have a college degree. If you have all that going for you both the cops and the criminal justice system will generally treat you pretty gently. Although you might disagree with the term "gently" when you are in the middle of it.
